Tommy’s Pub photo story featured in Charlotte Magazine

So pumped to see my photo story about the closing and demolition of Tommy’s Pub & Club being featured in the October issue of Charlotte Magazine. I had been documenting the Plaza Midwood dive bar for a year, and it’s great to see the final product featured in print. Brandon teamed up with me and wrote some great copy to coincide with the photos for the magazine. We need to work together more often! Currently creating a photo book showcasing a more rounded selection of photos from the bar’s last year. Stay tuned to learn how you can get one!

Laughter filled the room as they played various games for prizes. My favorite was the Siamese twin gift-wrapping race where each team of two had to wrap a present using only one hand. The expressions were priceless. Continue reading
